As the units are unfinished they require a light sand then a good dust of using a brush and vacuum. Once this is done we can remove all the doors, drawers and hinges. Everything is marked discretely so we know when its painted it goes back in the correct order. The doors are all painted in our workshop so they are out of the way when we paint the frame. The primer we use is an oil based grip adhesive which when dry has a marble like appearance. This leaves us a perfect base coat coat for the waterborne top coats.
